JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re seeking a motivated individual with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in inside sales or customer service. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love helping customers find the right solutions, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Prior experience with quotations in a similar industry.

  Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Follow up on all emails and quotations to ensure timely responses.
• Other duties as assigned.
