POSITION SUMMARY:

A full-time, permanent Inside Sales Representative role focused on customer engagement, lead conversion, and relationship-building—with a mix of office-based and occasional off-site appointments. It’s not cold calling; the emphasis is on following up warm leads, demonstrating our products, and closing sales.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Sales Ability: Experience meeting monthly sales targets, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Quote Management: Experience preparing and chasing quotes.
  • Negotiation: Confident yet soft in approach – no hard selling.
  • Customer Journey: Guide clients from initial enquiry to contract signing.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM and sales tools.
  • Driving License: Required, preferably with a personal car for occasional visits.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Engagement: Speak with customers by phone, email, and in person, demonstrating products and promoting services.
  • CRM Use: Manage customer relationships and sales pipeline using in-house CRM tools/software.
  • Sales Follow-Up: Regularly follow up on leads and quotes, aiming to convert them into successful sales.
  • Customer Service: Address enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on products, competitors, and industry trends. Full product training will be provided.
