About the Role • Serve walk-in customers at Durabuilt showrooms and guide them through product options • Manage all incoming sales leads including phone, email, website, and showroom inquiries • Support and grow contractor and small trade accounts through quoting, follow-ups, and relationship management • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions • Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation using CRM and quoting tools • Proactively follow up on open opportunities to drive timely decisions • Build and maintain a personal book of business through repeat customers and referrals • Collaborate with outside sales, installation, service, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth customer experience What Success Looks Like • High conversion rates on inbound and showroom leads • Consistent achievement of monthly sales and activity targets • Strong responsiveness and follow-up discipline • Growing contractor and repeat customer base • Accurate, well-managed pipeline in CRM • Positive customer feedback and strong internal partnerships What We’re Looking For • Proven success in inside sales, customer-facing sales, or account management • Comfort selling premium or technical products • Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills • Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management • Confident using CRM systems and digital quoting tools • Professional, service-oriented approach with walk-in and trade customers Education • Post-secondary education is considered an asset, but not required • Relevant sales experience and proven performance are the primary qualifications • Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Other • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or account management • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally when required • Experience working with contractors or trade customers is an asset • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once What We Offer • Competitive base salary of $50,000 + commission, with potential earnings of $90,000–$120,000 (no cap) • Comprehensive onboarding and sales training • Training on premium products, systems, and sales process • Benefits and tools to support your success • Growth opportunities within sales, account management, or outside sales • A fast-moving, collaborative environment with clear expectations and accountability Why DURABUILT • Premium product and trusted Canadian brand • Consistent inbound lead flow and showroom traffic • Established contractor and trade customer base • Dedicated production, install, service and scheduling teams • Strong CRM, quoting tools, and sales systems • Long-term career growth within a growing organization We embrace diversity and offer equal opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of origin, culture, ethnicity, age, ability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or faith.
