They are looking for a Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative for their offices in Barcelona, Spain. Position: Inside Sales Representative Location: Barcelona, Spain (onsite) Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers who have shown interest in the company’s products or services. Represent the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Reinforce brand value while addressing customer questions, concerns, or hesitations related to product options, pricing, or features. Gather key insights from customer interactions and document them clearly to support internal sales or account management teams. Manage ongoing communication with prospects to ensure continuity in follow-up and offer-related discussions. Maintain high standards of quality and ensure all customer interactions align with the company’s brand image and values. REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluent in Dutch (C1), with strong verbal and written skills. As well as, strong proficiency in English (at least B2). Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in business, communications, or a related field preferred. Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management — ideally within a premium, retail, or service-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with professional or executive-level clients. Demonstrated interest in high-quality or premium products and customer experience excellence. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive or commercial information. Comfortable working with structured scripts, detailed call processes, and post-interaction reporting.
