This is a base + commission role!   Responsibilities:  * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals established by the company * Manage and grow an existing customer base through sales initiatives, while continuing to expand current customers * Drive sales of current products to MRO/OEM and end users by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends * Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts * Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts while building foundations for new customer relationships * Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track sales calls, and activities performed  Qualifications:  * Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of sales success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals * BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required * Experience with Microsoft Office products * Highly organized, with the ability to work independently * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Echelon Supply and Service provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
