Description
Account Management & Growth Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and maximize revenue within existing accounts. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to enterprise-level requirements. Work with marketing and product teams to align messaging and provide feedback on enterprise customer needs. Analyze account performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by collaborating with support and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 6-8 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise accounts. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Sales Expertise: Consultative selling, solution-based approach, negotiation skills. Enterprise Knowledge: Understanding of complex organizational structures and decision-making processes. Technical Acumen: Ability to learn and articulate product features and benefits. CRM Proficiency: Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools. Core Competencies: Effective communication, results orientation, customer centricity, learning agility, and digital fluency.
