POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mission, BC. This position focuses on driving business growth in biomedical and pharmaceutical disposal services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in cold calling and B2B prospecting, and is passionate about hunting for new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in biomedical or pharmaceutical disposal services is an asset.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus).
  • Professional diploma in sales consulting or ASP in Representation preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to support decisions with data.
Responsibilities
  • ·B2B Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and maintain customer information (experience with CRM is an asset).
  • Quotations and Agreements: Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and service agreements to customers.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to meet objectives and build long-term relationships.
  • Consultative Selling: Guide customers through the selection of services that best meet their needs.
