POSITION SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with existing and prospective customers, managing the sales process, and supporting field sales efforts. This role is critical to our continued success and growth in the medical device market.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience; experience in medical device or healthcare sales a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a small-company environment where adaptability and initiative are key.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management - 35%- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors. - Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  2. Sales Development & Revenue Generation - 30%- Execute outbound calls and emails to generate leads and close sales. - Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Sales Support & Coordination - 15%- Provide quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery. - Support field sales team with inside sales activities and prepare sales reports.
  4. Product & Market Expertise - 10%- Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. - Participate in product training sessions and share market feedback.
  5. CRM & Reporting - 10%- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM. - Generate pipeline and sales activity reports for management review.
