$23/HR TO START — QUICKLY GROW TO $26–$28/HR

We’re looking for a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and provide solutions to pharmacists, healthcare partners, and independent businesses. This role starts as inside sales with the opportunity to grow into a hybrid inside/outside sales position for even greater impact and career development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through outreach (calls, emails, video meetings).
  • Build and manage trusted client relationships, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, analyze data, and report on progress.
  • Share leads with territory managers and support new opportunities.
  • Assist accounts with setup, troubleshooting, orders, and product updates.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and participate in team meetings, events, and tradeshows.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license (sales training and bilingualism are assets).
  • Experience in pharma/healthcare sales a plus.
