Engage in inbound/outbound calls and emails. Maintain customer relationships and resolve concerns. Accurately track sales and customer interactions in CRM. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, NICE CXone, and RealGreen.
