Position Overview: We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm leads into satisfied customers. What You’ll do: · Engage with warm leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups · Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency · Guide customers through the quoting and ordering process · Review and revise quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs · Participate in ongoing training and development · Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint What You’ll Bring: · Prior experience in sales or a call center environment is highly preferred · Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) · Strong communication skills—both verbal and written · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively · High attention to detail and commitment to excellence · Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
