Description
Sales Call Management: Handle calls with qualified leads provided by BDRs to drive business growth. Identify customer needs and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle to ensure effective engagement and successful outcomes. Cultivate Channel Partnership: Maintain and build relationships with key channel partners, serving as main point of contact, assisting with daily activities, and developing leads and opportunities, ultimately driving new business with and through the channel partners. Primary activities include lead handling management with the Account Executive and channel partner; supporting channel programs at the field level; performing onboarding and training; maintaining data accuracy of channel information within Salesforce; order inquiry reinforcement/support; and collaboration with Channel Marketing on all programs and communications. Opportunity Generation: Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online communications to generate sales opportunities. Opportunity Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified sales prospects and actively manage follow-ups to close deals. Sales Support: Assist AEs in their daily activities, including preparing sales materials, managing documentation, and following up on customer inquiries. Sales Tools Utilization: Use CRM and other sales tools to track interactions, update customer information, and generate reports for analysis and strategy development. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments, tasks, and support activities efficiently. Sales Techniques: Familiarity with sales techniques and processes to support the sales team effectively. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, managing customer interactions, and tracking sales activities. Detail-oriented: High attention to detail for accurate order processing and documentation management. Problem-solving Skills: Ability to address client inquiries and support AEs in resolving issues promptly. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with BDRs, AEs, and other team members Travel may be required up to 10% to visit channel partners in the US West Ability to accommodate customers that are located on the US West coast (Pacific Standard Time)
