Use basic application and product offerings knowledge to support customers with proactive and post-delivery calls.
· Score 85% in Tooling Product Offerings test
· Score 85% in Die Supply Product Offerings test
· Score 85% in Specialty Wax Product Offerings test
· Plan, schedule, and execute outgoing customer contacts using Freeman’s Activity Tracking App (ATA)
