About the role: In this role, you will engage inbound leads, generate outbound opportunities, and drive new revenue and customer acquisition. You will act as a trusted consultant in the payments space, building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of a dynamic product ecosystem. Position: Inside Sales Representative Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work model: On site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage and qualify inbound leads from web forms and partners, understanding business needs and converting them into sales opportunities Identify and pursue new customers through research, networking, and proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling Act as a trusted consultant and payments expert, delivering tailored solutions aligned with client requirements Lead negotiations on pricing and terms, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets Drive revenue growth and new account acquisition by successfully onboarding customers into the product ecosystem Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales experience and ongoing engagement Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in HubSpot, providing regular performance updates and forecasts Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on strategy, goals, and customer success initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent French speaker, with C1-level English both oral and written Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development, including cold calling and deal closing Strong phone-based sales skills, with confidence in handling objections and closing deals Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is an advantage Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability Proven ability to consistently follow up, nurture leads, and drive opportunities to closure Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently Target-driven approach with a consultative sales style.
