We are an established, growing, employee-owned corporate housing provider looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help us grow revenue, convert leads into bookings, and maximize every opportunity that comes through the door. This role is perfect for someone who is competitive, organized, and energized by commission and results. What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the center of our revenue engine: Convert inbound portal, internal, website, and phone leads into booked corporate housing stays Research and match clients with high-quality furnished housing options that meet their needs, budgets, and timelines Present options via email, portals, and phone with confidence and urgency Overcome objections and close deals Upsell add-on services such as housekeeping and additional furnishings to increase commissions Manage reservations and sales activity in HubSpot, Oscar, and Microsoft Outlook Work within multiple client portals to upload properties, images, and offerings Track and report monthly sales and commissions Assist with collections on commissionable sales when needed What We’re Looking For We want someone who brings energy, grit, and a strong desire to earn: Competitive mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals Ability to close business over the phone and via email Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deals at once Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Team player who still loves individual wins Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field preferred 2–5 years of inside sales or B2B/B2C sales experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What We Have To Offer $18-21 per hour, paid weekly Uncapped commission plan, paid monthly Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, in office Health, dental, and vision insurance Company paid life and disability insurance 401k with company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid time off, paid holidays, paid volunteer time Work with a supportive team that values performance and growth
