Benefits: * Salary: $19,161.30 MXN To $31,161.00 MXN gross per month. * Unlimited sales bonus- unlock limitless earnings with our bonus system linked to your sales performance! * Attendance bonus $2,000.00 MXN * Grocery Vouchers 10% of Salary at permanent contract * Paid Training * Paid uniforms at permanent contract * Development Opportunities to leadership roles * Referral program up to $500 * Law Benefits starting from day 1 * Monday to Friday- 7am till 4pm IMPORTANT **If you are interested in this role, you MUST send your resume in English to be considered for this position.** Job Responsibilities: * Generate new business though compelling engagement tactics with potential customers via email, phone, voicemail, and texts that promote and sell the financial services we offer. * Understand the unique needs of potential clients to close sales and meet company performance metrics. * Verify customers' application information and gather additional information when necessary. * Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sales goals. * Utilize active listening techniques to establish a connection, gain insight into customer requirements, and successfully finalize sales transactions. * Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to overcome customer objections. * Maintain a professional demeanor and provide every customer with an exceptional experience throughout the entire sales process. * Ensure strong attention to detail when entering customer data. * Perform other duties as assigned. Education: * Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills. * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: * At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or collections. * Must be comfortable making 125+ calls a day in a call center environment. Skills: * Leadership skills are a plus; could potentially develop into a leadership role. * Multitasking on the phone and working on the computer. * Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control. * Strong MS Office and typing skills required. * Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. * Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of compliance-related information and materials.
