Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling into the company’s help line. Provide expert advice to potential customers considering products and support existing customers with questions or issues.
  • Sales Management: Handle quotes, follow-ups, and sales leads with precision using CRM software. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Investigate customer issues to initiate product improvements and conduct warranty investigations. Provide insights to continually enhance offerings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes. Implement strategies that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to report and address any fielded product defects, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive and accurate knowledge of Gentec’s product lineup and specifications.
