Description

Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Remote, 1 day per month at the office
Employment type: Full-time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in German and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • 1-2+ years of demonstrated success in sales (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment).
  • Previous experience in closing deals would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: self-driven, organized, curious, process-oriented, and goal-focused.
  • Experience with sales discovery, pipeline management, and forecasting for managing a high volume of leads.
  • Ability to establish and follow repeatable processes that facilitate a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Experience or interest in collaborating with internal marketing, business, and product teams to create efficient pathways to acquiring successful and profitable customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Educate current and potential users on the benefits and value of our products.
  • Effectively handle a large volume of both inbound and outbound leads generated through our product and marketing funnels.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales cycle and strategically leverage each stage to drive deals forward with small businesses.
  • Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets and qualified appointment goals.
  • Explore and implement new strategies to optimize processes, create efficiencies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and close inbound leads from both new and existing accounts.
