We are currently seeking a dynamic Major Enterprise Account Manager to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.   The Role   We are seeking motivated and focused individuals to join our Inside Sales Team.  Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field requires exceptional individuals who can share and understand our passion for success.    You will work with and support our managers, executives and Account Manager.   As an ISR at Fortinet your role will involve:   * Supporting one or more of our Sales Team Directors with administrative & organizational tasks including * Managing schedules * Preparation for customer meetings * Documentation and follow-up tracking of team meetings & calls * Preparation of presentations * Booking travel * Coordinating with other departments, sharing customer feedback, and supporting overall sales targets * Lead and Opportunity Management via the CRM tool (Salesforce.com) * Provide all other tasks associated with Account Management – e.g. Arrangement of evaluations, licenses, renewals and quotations * Identify customer queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction * Basic technical knowledge and understanding   Required Skills & Experience   * Proven organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in German / partly English) * Goal orientated and self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to work independently as well as part of a team * Ability to work independently under pressure * Ability to prioritize, be flexible and take the initiative   Why Join Us   At Fortinet, we embrace diversity and inclusion.
