SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring extensive calls are made, with a focus on these being converted to tangible leads for the Sales Executives. The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Head of Sales, and works closely with the Sales Executives and Sales team, including the Sales Advisors, Senior Sales Executive and Private Clients Executive. The Inside Sales Representative, whilst having a primary focus of making daily calls and converting these calls into potential leads, will also support the Sales team commensurate with business requirements.

• Making daily calls, converting these calls into potential leads, and making the respective appointments for the external Sales Executives.
• Liaising with the external Sales Executives.
• Ensuring the effective diary management of the external Sales Executives.
• Liaising with the Head of Sales on a daily basis, ensuring that there is regular communication between the Head of Sales and the sales team at all times.
• Ensuring punctual, accurate reporting, thereby ensuring exposure to the relevant data.
• Attending the relevant training as required.
• Completing the relevant in-house training as required.
• Following up sales visits with the external Sales Executives, dealerships and other relevant parties.
• Undertaking all relevant administration.
• Ensuring deadlines are kept.
• Resolving sales issues, and escalating these as appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate records on the internal system.
• Navigating the sales process.
