JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance sales efforts. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A background in financial sales or service sales is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
