We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide a professional service to customers, with a view to continually improve the customer experience. This includes monitoring and maintaining local warehouse inventory, processing and managing orders and returns in an accurate and timely manner, face to face customer sales and interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising local dispatches out of the Branch. Accurate and prompt, picking and packing and dispatching orders
  • Front counter sales and enquiries
  • Local inventory management, stock checks and preparing stock transfer orders
  • Receiving Sales return orders and general office duties
  • Warehouse maintenance and management

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Inside sales experience
  • Technical Knowledge & Fire industry experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • intermediate/Advanced Computer Skills, and SAP experience an added bonus
