YOUR ROLE

This role involves selling high-quality HVAC and home comfort solutions to homeowners across different markets in Canada. Success in this position requires strong sales acumen, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close in a competitive environment. Sales professionals are expected to build their portfolio through consistent prospecting, lead nurturing, and disciplined follow-up. This is a performance-driven opportunity with substantial earning potential and clear paths for advancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically manage and advance your sales pipeline by leveraging the CRM system to engage warm leads and maximize conversion opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth qualification of prospects, delivering tailored HVAC solutions and presenting professionally structured sales proposals
  • Drive consistent follow-up activity to close sales efficiently and exceed monthly revenue and performance objectives
  • Provide accurate quotes and close sales efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with installation, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in alignment with company policies, maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process
  • Continuously expand product knowledge, staying informed about new offerings, promotions, and incentive programs to better position solutions to customers
