MISSION

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking a customer-service-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative for the HVAC division. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Good knowledge of HVAC products
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and positively influence
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and at the counter
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Carry out all administrative tasks related to sales (claims, sales invoices, order entry, returns, warranties, etc.)
• Work closely with the entire team
• Stay informed about new products and attend information sessions
• Follow up on supplier promotions
