We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in both administrative and sales functions, working closely with the sales and client services teams to ensure smooth operations and the successful management of client relationships. This role combines key elements of client relationship management, administrative coordination, and sales support, with an emphasis on efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Support: Assist the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and assisting in follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by scheduling and coordinating client meetings, sales presentations, and demonstrations of services. Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
  • Administrative Support: Manage client databases, update CRM systems with accurate client information, and ensure that all client records are up-to-date. Assist in organizing and maintaining sales documents, contracts, and communication logs.
  • Market Research & Reporting: Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and potential leads. Assist in preparing reports on sales activities, market insights, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Communication & Documentation: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments (marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless flow of information and timely follow-up on client needs and concerns.
  • Sales Process Support: Help track the progress of sales opportunities, assist in contract negotiation processes, and monitor sales performance against targets. Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth transition from sales to post-sales service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure that clients receive a cohesive and high-quality experience throughout the entire customer journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage both administrative and sales tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous sales coordination experience, preferably in the relevant industry
  • Strong communication Skills (Inbound, Outbound Calls and Email experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
