JOB SUMMARY:
As an Inside Sales Representative (no cold calling; all leads are hot/warm), you will be responsible for selling memberships to our funding database and small business resource platform. You will engage with small business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them understand how our services can support their growth and success.
This is a hybrid sales role where you’ll engage with motivated individuals, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. We offer a competitive $18/hour base salary plus commission (with top earners making $90K+/year), weekly pay, monthly rewards, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in B2B sales or membership-based services
✅ Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
✅ 2+ years of business development or entrepreneurship experience
✅ 2+ years of startup ecosystems experience
✅ CRM software

✅ Reach out to small business owners and entrepreneurs across Canada via phone or email.
✅ Educate potential customers on the benefits of our funding database and business resources.
✅ Qualify leads, assess their needs, and recommend the right membership plan.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales management team.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and referrals.
✅ Stay informed on funding opportunities, grants, and small business trends to provide valuable insights to potential members.
