INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – INBOUND SALES & SUPPORT

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who’s committed to accuracy, customer satisfaction, and keeping orders moving smoothly from start to finish.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert for processing inbound requests—from parts orders and warranty claims to new unit sales for our existing customers. You’ll gather the right information, diagnose product specifications, and ensure every detail is correct before it hits the field. Your work will have a direct impact on how efficiently our customers can operate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years in sales or account management a definite asset
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
  • Friendly, professional communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Quick learner, detail oriented who can absorb technical product information and apply it effectively
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple software platforms
  • Experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service (oil & gas or industrial IoT is a bonus)
