QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. Strong track-record in a similar Inside Sales role and/or Sales role in the target-region and Industry

Responsibilities

The role achieves sales objectives within the product range or assigned regions. It pursues sales leads, concludes orders, and arranges internal sales logistics. The role aligns with peers among the Inside Sales-Team and Shared Service Center. It may support new sales representatives. Sales order entry will be part of the role.

  • Management of incoming requests from customers from Germany and Switzerland
  • Quotation management (SAP system), following the customer-requests and supporting the sales team to ensure that the quotation becomes an order
  • Manage orders, aiming to respect delivery times
  • Be the key contact for the customers at all stages from order to delivery of goods
  • Organizational skills, excellent communication skills, understand customer needs, solve problems
  • Participate in product- and other-trainings in Parma or in other company-locations
