INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

InterioMasters is currently seeking a part-time highly motivated, ambitious and goal driven Inside Sales Representative with strong interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented and is willing to work independently to successfully manage and achieve goals. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities, follow up with existing leads and close sales to achieve sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1-year sales experience is an asset
  • Experience or Education in Interior designing is an asset
  • Fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi
  • Persuasive & Passionate for Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic and driven
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
    Part-time (with an option for promotion to Full-time based upon skills and experience, in the future)

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and
    timely following up on leads.
  • Understanding the client’s needs and accordingly presenting the product line to the
    customer and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Calculating the costs of the product and installation and providing a detailed quotation to the customer and recording customer’s details, product specifications and other information.
  • Respond quickly to emails and keep emails up to date.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services and creating and
    maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when
    interacting with customers
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
