Job Description We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Industrial Service team in Smithfield, NSW. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. About the Role Reporting to the Pacific Sales Manager, you’ll support our service branches by reviewing inspection reports and maintenance data, identifying what’s required, and preparing clear, accurate quotes for customers. You’ll play a key role in helping customers reduce downtime, improve safety, and make informed decisions about repairs, parts, and preventative maintenance. Day to day, you will: Review service and inspection reports to determine parts and labour requirements Prepare detailed quotes using our CRM and configuration tools Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and track customer interactions Provide spare parts quotations to external customers Identify upsell opportunities where repairs may not be the best long-term solution Work closely with Service Managers, Planners and the broader Sales team Negotiate and close sales to meet quarterly targets This role suits someone who is organised, methodical and comfortable working with technical information. Qualifications What We’re Looking For 1-2 years’ experience in B2B sales (internal or external) A technical mindset - an electrical or mechanical background is highly regarded Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A positive, go-getter attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise and manage multiple quotes at once A practical, solutions-focused approach If you’re motivated, customer-focused and enjoy turning technical information into clear commercial solutions, you’ll do well in this role.
