Description

Location: Vaughan (5 days, on site with different shifts available)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. will be responsible for contacting prospective leads, qualifying interest, and scheduling in-home consultations with our HVAC specialists. This role is critical to supporting the sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth handoff from lead generation to field sales.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or inside sales
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Five9 (preferred)
  • HVAC or home services industry experience is an asset

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical sales acumen with the ability to understand complex product specifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record in sales or inside sales environments, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with technology sales concepts and the ability to market products effectively.
  • Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is beneficial for engaging potential customers successfully.
