Requirements What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking with people and building rapport Willingness to learn and take feedback Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated with a positive attitude Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
