Your Responsibilities Learn and apply knowledge of our lawn care, pest control, and tree & shrub programs to recommend the best solutions Respond to warm leads from inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries Follow up with prospects, prepare quotes, answer questions, and guide customers through service activation Close sales using a consultative, customer-first approach Recommend additional services to address reported issues Build strong customer relationships to support long-term retention Document interactions, track follow-ups, and stay organized using CRM tools Meet monthly and annual goals for conversions, response times, and sales performance Participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills Requirements Your Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Confident using computers, web-based tools, email, and basic spreadsheets Experience in phone-based customer service or sales (call centers, hospitality, retail, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day Ability to sit and work at a computer and phone for extended periods of time Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 annually (hourly + commission) plus incentives and a lucrative year-end bonus. Schedule: Full-time, in-person position Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays and overtime required during peak season (spring & fall, scheduled in advance). Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative will connect with new and existing customers, converting warm leads into long-term customers by learning and recommending lawn care, pest control, and tree & shrub programs. Responsibilities also include following up with prospects, preparing quotes, closing sales using a customer-first approach, and documenting interactions using CRM tools.
