Job Description At Locinox, we are looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative who will take full ownership of customer relationships in the UK, Netherlands, and Scandinavia. You will play a key role in supporting our clients, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operational follow-up. Key responsibilities: Customer service: Handle incoming calls and emails related to orders, administration, and technical support. Commercial mindset: Proactively seek suitable solutions, follow up on complaints, and offer alternatives to support the customer effectively. Order processing: Enter sales orders, prepare quotes, and manage payments via CRM and ERP systems. Product expertise: Provide clear product information and tailored recommendations. Technical support: Assist in resolving customer issues and contribute to support-related projects. Process improvement: Follow and enhance standard procedures to boost efficiency. Team collaboration: Work closely with Sales to manage leads and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred and experience in sales/customer support. Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus. Proactive mindset with experience in cross-selling and up-selling. Quick to learn and apply technical knowledge; comfortable with CRM systems. Strong verbal and written skills; confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
