Description:

Are you passionate about connecting with potential homebuyers and guiding them through their journey? As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in responding to customer inquiries and scheduling appointments at our sales centers. Your responsibilities will include timely responses to prospective customers, prospecting from our sales database, managing chatbot communications, and transferring leads to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and respond to inquiries from potential homebuyers via phone, text, video meetings, website chatbot, general information line (phone/email), and social media.
  • Update HubSpot with new leads and customer interactions.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with potential customers including qualifying them and connecting them to key partners (mortgage specialists), to convert leads into appointments.
  • Gathering information from prospective customers in the lead time before building or development sales launches.
  • Book appointments for potential homebuyers to visit sales centers and meet with the sales team, including post-meeting follow-up.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the homebuilder’s products, services, developments, price points, possession timelines, inventory, availability, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Update and manage customer information in HubSpot (CRM) to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Generate and send weekly reports to the Sales& Marketing Manager.

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in the homebuilding industry is an asset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be a key consideration.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use various communication technologies effectively.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style to various personality types.
  • Strong ability to develop interpersonal relationships with internal staff and external trades/suppliers.
