Qualifications & Skills:
Confidently quote, enter, and amend orders while managing order backlog.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional accuracy in data entry with keen attention to detail.
Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with Export Control regulations (asset).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
Responsive to both company and customer needs.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
SAP system knowledge is an asset.
This position involves working with controlled goods and is subject to Canada’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP) regulations. As a result, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents who meet the necessary security clearance requirements.
