Description A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative As an Inside Sales Representative in our Indianapolis branch, you’ll be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and uncovering new sales opportunities. You’ll spend your day engaging with customers, asking great questions, and identifying how we can support their business—even if they’re brand-new prospects. This role is ideal for someone who loves providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, follow up, and take initiative. You don’t need fencing industry experience—we’ll teach you the products. What we need is someone with motivation, curiosity, and a sales-driven mindset. You’ll manage inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate orders, solve problems, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth and professional. With minimal counter sales at this location, you’ll excel by being proactive, organized, and always one step ahead of your customers’ needs. Requirements A Successful Inside Sales Representative Candidate Must Have: One to three years’ experience in inside sales, sales, or customer service A high school diploma or GED Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage sales pipelines, track orders, and maintain customer data efficiently.
