Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, prepare and follow up on quotes, and drive sales growth through new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate has proven experience in metal fabrication sales or manufacturing sales, with excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Requirements Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing timely, accurate information about our sheet metal services. Prepare, issue, and follow up on detailed quotes for fabrication projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support long-term growth. Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and account development. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and executed. Maintain accurate sales records, quotes, and customer interactions within the CRM system. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales experience; background in metal fabrication sales, manufacturing, or industrial products strongly preferred. Strong technical aptitude; ability to interpret drawings/blueprints is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone and email presence. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP, and CRM systems; experience with quoting software is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. What We Offer This is a full-time, nonexempt, hourly position (40 hours per week). Hours exceeding 40 hours per week will be paid at time and a half.
