Mixer Systems, Inc., located in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and people — helping keep sales operations running efficiently and customers informed. Requirements What You’ll Do: Maintain and analyze sales tracking spreadsheets for key performance metrics. Keep the CRM system organized and up to date. Coordinate association events and assist with trade show logistics. Support marketing campaigns and client outreach efforts, including follow-up calls. Attend monthly sales meetings, document action items, and assist with follow-through. Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred). 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus). Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
