Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced inside sales professional to convert high-intent inbound leads into booked pest control services. This role is designed for a confident closer who understands pricing conversations, objection handling, and disciplined follow-up. Your primary responsibility is to sell - professionally, ethically, and consistently. What You’ll Do: Handle inbound sales calls during business hours Convert warm, qualified leads into booked services Follow up on unbooked leads to maximize close rates Confidently discuss pricing, service options, and promotions Handle objections related to price, timing, and competitors Accurately quote services, schedule jobs, and take payment Maintain clean CRM notes and follow-up discipline Hit or exceed booking and revenue targets What This Role Is Not: Not customer service/support Not billing or service recovery Not technician coordination Not cold calling This role is 100% sales-focused. Required Experience: 3+ years of inside sales or inbound call-center sales experience Proven track record closing inbound leads Strong objection-handling and follow-up habits Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale Professional, confident phone presence Preferred: Home services experience (pest control, HVAC, lawn, roofing, etc.) Experience selling recurring or subscription services CRM experience How Success Is Measured: Booking conversion rate Revenue per lead Follow-up completion Discount and pricing adherence Call quality and professionalism Why This Inside Sales Role at Mosquito Joe: Warm inbound leads — no cold calling Hourly pay plus uncapped commission Clear pricing and sales guidelines Sales-only role with no customer service distraction Stable weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) Growth opportunity as the sales team scales
