POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative / Booking Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — handling inbound calls, conducting virtual and in-home surveys, preparing quotes, and booking moves. Your goal is to convert inquiries into confirmed jobs while ensuring customers receive a professional, stress-free experience.
This is a base salary + commission role, offering stability plus strong earning potential for top performers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sales or customer service experience required; moving industry experience is an asset but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, professional, and friendly approach.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and bookings.
  • Comfortable with phone, email, and basic office software.
