We are hiring a Product Support Inside Sales Representative to focus on the sale of Mustang Cat’s parts and service offerings to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang’s unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
  • Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
  • 3 years experience in heavy machinery parts and service
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet”
  • Strong desire to win
  • Negotiation experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment

STRONGLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Knowledge of CAT equipment
