Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Inside Sales Representative, your main focus will be on inbound leads generated through our website and marketing campaigns. You’ll connect with prospects who are already interested in our products, while also reaching out proactively when needed to maximize opportunities. Your role is to engage them, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution - closing deals directly over the phone. It’s a fast-paced role where every conversation is an opportunity to create value and contribute to our growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Reach out to inbound leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and matching them with the right solutions.
  • Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams, sharing feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve and aim to exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Ensure each customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience.
  • Share regular updates on sales activities and insights from customer conversations.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in Greek, English and Bulgarian (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound leads and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
