In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our safety training division. You’ll manage client inquiries, coordinate training sessions, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Your ability to stay on top of details, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships will make you a vital member of our team.

• Manage inbound and outbound sales for safety training courses for all our locations across Ontario.
• Be the primary contact for all public, online, and email training requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions with clients and the training manager
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Ensuring training calendars are accurate and up to date
• Ensure smooth delivery of training by working with internal teams
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after training
• Support growth in the training division with a positive, proactive attitude

What You Bring:

• Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in inside sales or customer service (safety/industrial experience is a plus)
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and booking tools
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
