SUMMARY

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Leduc. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our mission of providing top-notch hydraulic solutions. Your expertise will help us expand our reach and enhance customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally 2+ years experience within the hydraulics or similar technical industry
  • Integrity, vision, professionalism, and passion are key components of this position
  • Ability to follow, with detail, written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attendance track record with the ability to get along well with others
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills (ability to read and write legibly)
  • Knowledge of components and hydraulic systems used in industry and mobile equipment is an asset
  • Knowledge of distribution sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques are an asset
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office programs
