• Support Inside Sales by answering product questions, promoting our products and providing exemplary Customer Service
• Process Customer orders and payments using a computerized ERP system
• Assist with managing inventory, ordering products, and forecasting inventory
• Customer order fulfillment, picking and preparing orders for shipment, including loading bags and containers onto pallets (this includes regular manual heavy lifting of packagedproduct over 50 lbs.) and operating a forklift to move pallets onto trucks
• Maintaining warehouse safety/standards
• General Administrative and other duties as required
