We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Product Support team where you will play a key role in driving parts and service revenue through strategic customer outreach and relationship building. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our regional sales efforts and making a real impact on our business. This position is based in either our Leeds or Glasgow office, with occasional travel between the two locations. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Incremental Sales Growth Proactively follow up on service and preventative maintenance reports to quote remedial repairs and identify other revenue-generating opportunities. Inspection Follow-Up Engage with leads generated from FinCam inspection technology and other inspection reports to convert opportunities into sales. Personal Development & Collaboration Attend regional meetings and collaborate with the regional sales team to enhance your knowledge and contribute to team success. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Maintain a regular call cycle with shared accounts, support field sales reps, process orders, and promote relevant campaigns and promotions.
