Description Accountable For • Providing responsive, accurate account management and inside sales support for assigned customer accounts. • Executing sales and administrative operations related to orders, accounts, and customer data. • Supporting sales team efficiency and continuous improvement through effective communication, follow-up, and process support. Requirements • Education / Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or administration. • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sales is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Comfort in communicating with customers via phone and email. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.
