Description

Location: Remote
Compensation: Base salary $45,000–$55,000 + Commission (based on experience and performance). Total compensation for first year performance expectations is $75,000-$80,000.
Job Type: Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, account management, or customer service preferred
  • Familiarity with the market research industry or a demonstrated interest in learning it
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong drive to succeed with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving sales goals
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales platforms preferred
    You must be a motivated, self-driven candidate. Training and coaching will be provided to further develop candidates.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating outreach to potential clients, and nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle. Your focus will be on selling online surveys and survey sample solutions to businesses and organizations across the U.S.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting efforts
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions using our online survey and sample capabilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new prospects and existing accounts
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
