We’re looking for a motivated and articulate Inside Sales Representative (Part-Time) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers via phone or video calls, deliver engaging product demos, and drive the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing the deal.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised.
  • A passion for helping people and solving problems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in [tech, SaaS, education].
  • Knowledge of sales tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
  • Prior experience delivering live product or service demos.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound leads to qualify prospects.
  • Conduct compelling product or service demonstrations online (or in person, if needed).
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Update CRM systems with detailed customer interactions and progress.
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.
